You need so much more than 6 months to really see the effects of caffeine free!! You are truly a caffeine dependent. After drinking for 17 years my health problems started. I quit 6 months ago and my brain only now is starting to normalised. I had exactly the same experiences as you. Excessive fadigue for 3 months, no motivation even to live, insomnia or excessive and weird vivid dreams for 4 months, looking so tired all the time But now finally, i am starting to feel so much better and i don't even want coffee anymore. My health problems are so much better!!! I will not give up, no more games with is awful drug. 💪💪👌😊

Wow! I'm so proud of you, my friend! You're inspiring me to want to quit! I understand what you mean! Around six months after quitting caffeine, I started to feel a bit better, and I rarely crashed. I mostly transitioned to decaf and frequently stopped all caffeine consumption. I'm seriously considering trying again and going for a year. I may create another VLOG. The hard part for me is that I live-stream, and it takes a lot of effort to entertain viewers for hours without a bit of caffeine. Thoughts? Thanks for the comment, and congratulations on six whole months!

Hi. Thank you for your good advice. I once was without cofee or black tea for half year. Later i was month and a half without caffeine. Now im again staying without caffeine for 5 days. There was motivation drop. But now its better. This time im avoiding, green tea, bubble soda drinks, chocolate, cocoa, black tea, coffee. So im avoiding anything with caffeine. I drink thyme tea, that doesnt have caffeine. I have schizoprenia, and using medication xeplion 100 mg. It says it blocks serotonine and dopamine receptors. I had psychosis from caffeine overdose and not sleeping for a very long time, i was playing games on pc with my friend, and drinked a lot of what has caffeine. Had visions, was in mental hospital, was forced to be in hospital two times, because i was having visions and doing nonsense. And every psychosis was when i drinked caffeine. So im thinking, maybe i have sensitivity to caffeine. When i was month and a half without caffeine and then started drinking again, the cofee tasted and felt very good. Just like you said in video. But i remember my childhood when i was most of the time with less caffeine, and how good i felt. Of course a lot of moving around outside with friends. And i started to be without caffeine this time, by reducing it slower. I had two cups: one of black tea, and one of 3 in 1 cofee for a week each day two cups, of course i wrongly drinked them when i awoken from sleep and had concentration and brain fog problems. But now i know from your video a better way. I also use D3, K2 and omega 3 vitamines. And B6 and other B vitamines with magnesium. Its 16 hours of no sleep. No caffeine. And im feeling awake still. I heard that xeplion helps to stay awake for longer time. I didnt asked for the medication. Psychiatrist prescribed. I also drink water to avoid caffeine effects. Also i had some muscle in my leg hurting problems, but i dont know if this can be connected with caffeine. For that, sleep helped me, and next day hot shower helped. I think i was just sitting for too long... My guess, is because of caffeine and better blood flow to the brain i might experience just a bit more happy time. I should add exercise, moving more, a bit more colder showers, but not hot either. What helps me is pc games, they give me energy. Your advices are good, and i will used them if i by some chance unfortunately drink some caffeine. But im not planning to fail this time. Im going back to feeling good again by not drinking caffeine. That half year without caffeine, i remember i admired nature a lot and felt very good, enjoyed sunlight. I will bring those times back. Also i have -7 glasses. Strong miopia. I tried doing eye exercises but because grandma moved here, with all of that i forgot to keep repeating: my vision is 20/20 and even telescopic. I heard saying that, helps with eyesight. And of course i did physical exercise. I tried to cure astigmatism by moving head left and right slowly and focusing to center. Tried being without my strong glasses, with weaker glasses. Had a bit of improvement when i put on my strong ones again, i could see with strong ones better then before. It means eyes rested. You mentioned meditation. I was doing it in the past, i should go back to it. So i told a bit about myself. I still think its possible for me to feel good even if im using such xeplion medication... Maybe this time, i will stay without caffeine for a long time. And i will have best sleep, and maybe lucid dreams. In lucid dreams, maybe i can do something to my mind to feel better when im awake. And yes i should go to sleep, even if i dont want to. Its 16 hours. I star counting, and i fall asleep. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for your good advice. I subscribed...

I'm so impressed by your heartfelt and informative comment. I read every word multiple times and am so proud of you for quitting as long and as many times as you have. Caffeine is a very powerful drug, and it must ultimately be treated as that. I drink decaf when I crave the coffee ritual and occasionally higher quality caffeinated beverages with mushrooms and neurotropic such as Brilliant Brew. The world can be glorious on or off coffee, but the secret is BALANCE. If you can balance caffeine and have days off, enjoy. I recommend avoiding it if you can't take days off. I prefer a few days off as I'm tired and calm. I also prefer a few days on because I love the motivation and mental stimulation. Caffeine should be a perk. You sound mindful of your body and mind. God bless you, my friend. Thanks for subscribing.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. Luckily i only started consuming caffeine religiously after 30 years of age and so when i quit i actually reaped the full benefits of a life without caffeine. The fact that you started consuming this drug so early on in your life from 12/13 years of age, especially when your brain is still developing, and then continued consuming it for 20 years, then it would have become a much more integral part of your physiology, both mentally and physically than most. Hence why drugs of any kind, because they are psychoactive, are particularly not recommended to be consumed by anyone of a younger age like early to mid teens. Although you mention 6 months as a good measure of time to really reap the full benefits off of caffeine, then many have also stated that it can take upto a year to really reap the full benefits of quitting caffeine. Particularly for you who started consuming caffeine at such an early age and then continued to do so for 20 years, then 6 months was clearly not enough time. I'm also surprised that your meditations didn't improve in the time that you quit because the vast majority of meditation guru's in the south east and far east of the World, do not recommend caffeine consumption because it negatively impacts the bodys vibrations and consequently one does not reap the full and deep benefits of meditation. We have to also bare in mind that as humans we dont need caffeine or any other external drug to operate optimally both mentally and physically. However, once we start consuming it then as is the case with any drug, we'll always find reasons and justifications for continuing to use it in our lives. Its funny that we dont find the same reasons and justifications for continuing many other things in our lives that are far better for us than consuming this drug.

I loved every word of your comment and read it many times, my friend. Thank you for sharing all of your information. I agree with everything you mentioned, and one year would be more appropriate as I started drinking caffeine at such a young age. I've switched to decaf for the last six months as I enjoy the coffee ritual occasionally. I have learned to balance caffeine consumption entirely. It's a perk in my life or week rather than a staple. I consume caffeine one time per week when I want to feel motivated or mentally stimulated for writing, working, or training. I enjoy it more and feel the effects on those days as I rarely have it. Ultimately, after a year of experimenting, I have found that balance is the key, and using it as an occasional treat is optimum as it boosts my mood for days. God bless, my friend.
